Arctos Coffee & Roasting Co. is now accepting resumes for experienced baristas. We are planning to open sometime in mid December.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, responsible, punctual, self-motivated and has excellent interpersonal skills. Arctos Coffee will be built on exceptional coffee and customer service experience. We are looking for people who are passionate about performing those two objectives at the highest level.

CORE TASKS
Dial in espresso quickly and easily on a daily basis.
Take orders in a timely and orderly fashion.
Steam milk properly and pour beautiful latte art on all espresso drinks.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times, especially when working under pressure during the busy periods.
Ensure café is kept clean and tidy during open hours.
Ensure that proper end-of-day cleaning takes place.
Inform the manger or owner when equipment preventative maintenance is needed.

CHARACTERISTICS
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for coffee.
Strong attention to detail and a healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation.
Excitement about the task of ensuring that each customer has a quality experience in our café.
Create a rapport with customers by learning their names and favorite drinks.
Accurately process transactions on the POS system.
Communicate with all team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
Open to criticism and constantly striving to improve.
Ability to multi-task with ease.
