Brew Method

  1. Fill the portafilter with ground coffee
  2. Level the bed of coffee and tamp down to create a puck
  3. Lock in the portafilter and start the espresso
  4. Pull an espresso shot to desired concentration
  5. Adjust grind and brew time to achieve desired flavor
