Being a small batch roaster allows us the ability to have utmost control of our roasts. We use state of the art digital Zenith II Automation Software to track our roasts to the half second and save roast profiles for exact duplication whenever we desire.
Globally sourced
Sourcing excellent coffee involves a network of relationships. We work directly with our coffee importers who work closely with producers and others globally to source excellent coffees.We use 100% Arabica coffee and take great care in storing it until it is time to roast.
Our passion
Great coffee is the result of an incredible amount of passion, persistence, hard work and an absurd amount of coffee drinking! We are happy to do it and would be very excited to share our passion for coffee with you and your customers!
